The Dream Chasers Housing Program, located in SPA 7, was established to provide a safe, stable, affordable, and comfortable home environment to aged-out former foster youth. We encourage each person to make efforts toward independence, wellness, and personal development through programs and services (the services are listed with the Criteria). If you are a transition-age (TAY) former foster youth and are interested in our program, please click the button below and complete our application.
